Shipping Information

Flat Rate Overnight Delivery: 

  • We only ship within the continental US and we are unable to ship to PO Boxes; therefore a full shipping address with street, suite/apt is required to ensure that the package arrives to its final destination in a minimal time.

  • All orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days will be elective for shipping that same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day (Monday-Thursday only)

  • All orders in Texas will be delivered NEXT DAY if you place your order from Monday- Thursday 

  • We do not offer same-day delivery, for this service, please call one of our stores in order to arrange the service

  • Shipping dates are from Monday through Thursday. There is no shipping available for Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on next Monday unless specifically requested by the customer to be delivered on Saturday. Saturday deliveries have an extra cost of $10. 

  • Our packages are shipped with a Signature Release, which allows FedEx to leave package without a signature. We have learned from experience that this policy works best for our clients. Otherwise, if care is not home or is unavailable when FedEx delivers, their package will return to a potentially hot facility where their chocolate might melt.

  • If the address provided by the client is wrong or the recipient is not longer at the location provided, Fedex charge a $25 fee to return the box to our facility. That cost will be transfer to the client.

Packaging and Handling:

  • We work hard to ensure that our chocolate is delivered fresh and in perfect condition.To ensure that your delivery arrives fresh and with no environmental damage, we package them using the industry's newest technology, including crush-proof trays, insulated shipping boxes, frozen gel packs, and dry ice when necessary. 

 Other Considerations:

  • FedEx services DOES NOT deliver packages during the weekend. If the package is not delivered before, then FedEx will make a second attempt during the next business week but the package will remain stored at a FedEx's facility over the weekend and the conditions there are not necessarily optimum for preserving your purchase integrity.

  • It is always best to plan ahead with the recipient and make sure the recipient knows that the chocolates are on their way. The insulated boxes will protect the chocolates if they are out for a few hours on a doorstep. 

  • We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • ARAYA is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest that deliveries are made to offices or places where people can receive them directly. This also ensures that the chocolates spends a minimum amount of time in an unconditioned environment.
