All of Araya's Artisan Chocolate bars are made by hand, in small batches.
Freshness and Care: Our chocolate bars are best within 60 days and should be kept in a cool consistent temperature, ideally 70 degrees Fahrenheit. They should not be kept in a location higher than 80 degress Fahrenheit.
