Let Stefano and his team share their passion for chocolate at our laboratory in Katy TX, while having lots of fun!
Come and discover why chocolate is so special, during a class developed to immerse the participant into the world of this fascinating “Food of the Gods”.
The participants will learn about the history of chocolate and how chocolate is made. Also, they will try different varieties of chocolate and will learn the essential techniques of tempering and molding chocolate. They will roll up their sleeves and we will guide them throughout the process of making their own chocolate ganache!
Description of the class:
• Finish packing their own chocolate creations and get ready to go home!
At the end of the class, they will bring home their own masterpieces: Box of 24 bonbons of your creations.
We will use premium Venezuelan chocolate, made from one of the finest cocoa beans in the world, as well as nuts and fruits purees.
All the equipment will be provided including disposable chef hats and aprons.
