Come and discover why chocolate is so special, during a class developed to immerse the participant into the world of this fascinating “Food of the Gods”.
You will learn about the history of chocolate and how chocolate is made. Also, you will try different varieties of chocolate and cocoa beans and will also learn the essential techniques of tempering and molding chocolate. Finally, we will guide you throughout the process of making you own chocolate bar!
At the end of the class, you will bring home your own masterpieces: 5 chocolate bar creations!
We will use premium Venezuelan chocolate, made from one of the finest cocoa beans in the world, as well as nuts, dried fruits, spices, etc.
All the equipment will be provided including disposable chef hats and aprons.
BYOB: Bring your favorite bottle of wine and we will provide the specific chocolate to pair with it!
