Have fun decorating your own Chocolate Easter Egg!

Let Stefano and his team share their passion for chocolate at our laboratory in Katy, TX.

Come and discover why chocolate is so special, during a class developed to immerse the participant into the world of this fascinating “Food of the Gods”.  

The participants will learn about the history of chocolate and how chocolate is made.  Then, they will try cocoa beans and different varieties of chocolate.  Finally, we will guide them throughout the process of decorating their own Easter Egg!

At the end of the class, you will bring home your own masterpiece: Personalized chocolate Easter Egg with your selection of fillings inside!

We will use premium Venezuelan chocolate, made from one of the finest cocoa beans in the world, as well as other premium ingredients.  

All the equipment will be provided including aprons and chef hats.

Class conducted by Stefano Zullian, owner and chocolatier of Araya Artisan Chocolate.

Large Egg $35 p/person.

Minimum age: 6 years old. Adults are welcome too!
