Discover why chocolate is so special, during a class developed to immerse the participant into the world of this fascinating “Food of the Gods”.
The kids will learn about the history of chocolate and how chocolate is made. Also, they will try different varieties of chocolate and cacao beans, and will also learn the essential techniques of tempering and molding chocolate. Finally, we will guide them throughout the process of making their own chocolate bars!
At the end of the class, the little chef will bring home his/her own masterpieces: 5 chocolate bar creations!
We will use premium Venezuelan chocolate, made from one of the finest cocoa beans in the world, as well as nuts, dried fruits, cookies, spices and sprinkles.
All the equipment will be provided including disposable chef hats and aprons.
